Good on ribs, chops, or chicken, and far lower-carb than barbecue sauce.
YIELD: Enough for 3 1/2 pounds of ribs, or about 3 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients together, and store the mixture in a salt shaker.
- Sprinkle on both sides of whatever meat you’re cooking, and grill.
PER SERVING:
- 2 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 1 gram of usable carbs and no protein.
