A real ambrosia, this tea is ideal with cookies or before bedtime.

MAKES ABOUT: 2 CUPS (2 SERVINGS)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup dried organic rose petals
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. ADD the ingredients to a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Immediately cover and simmer over low.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, strain into a bowl, and ladle into 2 mugs.
