INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 2 tsp dehydrated minced garlic
DIRECTIONS:
- In a dry skillet, toast coriander seeds and peppercorns over medium heat, shaking the pan often, until fragrant, about 4 minutes. Let cool.
- In a spice mill or clean coffee grinder, coarsely grind together coriander seeds, peppercorns, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and stir in the garlic.
