Use this for dipping your cold, boiled shrimp in, of course. Commercial cocktail sauce, like so many other condiments, is full of sugar.

YIELD: 1/4 cup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup Dana’s No-Sugar Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 or 3 drops Tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Just stir together, and dip!

 

PER SERVING:

  •  10 grams of carbohydrate, a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein in the whole batch.
