INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp minced hot pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk together cilantro, 3 tbsp water, oil, lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, green onion, sugar, and hot pepper.
