INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Ensure® Vanilla Powder
  • 2.5l full cream milk
  • 5 medium bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add milk, Ensure® powder, bananas, honey, and nutmeg in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve in a tall glass.
