INGREDIENTS:
- 1 3/4 lbs. (800 g) potatoes
- 5 oz. (150 g) fresh goat cheese
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the oven to 350°F(180°C).
- Wrap the potatoes individually, skin on, in aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
- When cool enough to handle, cut them open.
- Season with a pinch of salt, top each with some of the fresh goat cheese and a sprinkle of pepper, and serve.
