INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g of sugar
- 500 g flour
- 3 CS orange flower water
- 6 tablespoons olive oil (about 50 ml)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon natural orange extract or zest of one orange
- Milk to glaze shuttles
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Start by beating the eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Add salt, orange flower water, extract or orange zest, and olive oil.
- Gradually add the flour, then finish working the dough by hand to get a nice ball.
- Leave the dough ball for one hour.
- Cut out your ball of dough into pieces of the same size (approximately 16 shuttles).
