INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups plain unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 cups cubed frozen pineapple
- 1 cup thinly sliced fresh kale leaves (ribs removed)
- 2 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (such as soy or rice)
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon fresh, strained lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
