MAKES: ABOUT 5 CUPS (5 SERVINGS)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups plain unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups cubed frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup thinly sliced fresh kale leaves (ribs removed)
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored protein powder (such as soy or rice)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh, strained lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. PUREE all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, about 40 seconds
