The Best Blue Cheese Dressing

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

YIELD: 2 cups (2 tablespoons per serving)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese, plus extra if desired for a chunky texture
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup beef bone broth, homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or coconut vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 clove garlic

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the dressing to a jar.
  4. Stir in extra chunks of blue cheese, if desired, to achieve a chunky texture.
  5. Store the dressing in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
