INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Splenda

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid, and refrigerate until you’re ready to use.

 

PER SSERVING:

  • Each 2-tablespoon serving has 2 grams of carbohydrates, no fiber, and no protein.
