INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 1/3 lbs (1.5 kg) broccoli rabe, trimmed and chopped into large pieces
  • 10 tsp. (50 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • chili peppers to taste
  • salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a skillet with the finely sliced garlic and the chili pepper, and cook until the garlic is golden; do not let the garlic brown too much.
  2. Add the broccoli rabe, season with salt, and cook over medium heat.
  3. stirring frequently, 10 minutes. Serve.
