INGREDIENTS:
- 3 1/3 lbs (1.5 kg) broccoli rabe, trimmed and chopped into large pieces
- 10 tsp. (50 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- chili peppers to taste
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a skillet with the finely sliced garlic and the chili pepper, and cook until the garlic is golden; do not let the garlic brown too much.
- Add the broccoli rabe, season with salt, and cook over medium heat.
