- 225g/8oz salmon steak
- 450ml/3/4pt skimmed milk
- 1 bay leaf
- 900g/2lb potatoes, coarsely chopped
- 50g/2oz peeled and deveined prawns
- 50g/2oz margarine
- 25g/1oz plain flour
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons rinsed and drained capers
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
