Indulge your taste buds in the delightful fusion of Japanese flavors with our Miso-Sesame Dressing. This creamy and savory vinaigrette brings together the umami-rich goodness of red miso, the nutty aroma of toasted sesame oil, and the subtle sweetness of honey to create a dressing that elevates any salad or vegetable dish to new heights.

Miso, a traditional Japanese ingredient made from fermented soybeans, provides a complex and robust flavor profile to the dressing. We recommend using red miso for its bold taste, which complements the other ingredients perfectly. Avoid using powdered miso as it can make the dressing overly salty and affect its texture.

Blending together the miso, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and water, this dressing achieves a harmonious balance of sweet and savory notes. The ginger and garlic add a subtle spiciness that enhances the overall taste. To achieve a smooth and velvety texture, we incorporate canola oil and toasted sesame oil while the blender is running, creating a luscious consistency that coats your greens and vegetables effortlessly.

This dressing isn’t just limited to salads; it also makes an excellent drizzle over cooked green beans or as a dipping sauce for spring rolls and dumplings. The options are endless, allowing you to explore different culinary experiences with the Miso-Sesame Dressing.

Whip up this delicious dressing in a matter of minutes and savor the authentic Japanese flavors in your own kitchen. Keep a jar of this dressing in your refrigerator, and you’ll have a quick and flavorsome way to enhance the taste of your favorite salads and vegetable dishes. Enjoy the delightful blend of umami, nuttiness, and sweetness in every mouthful, and take your dining experience on a journey to the heart of Japan.
