LEMON HERB GARLIC MARINADE

MAKES about ¾ cup

INGREDIENTS:

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 4 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, thyme, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
