INGREDIENTS:
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 4 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, thyme, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
