INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. (500 g) porcini mushrooms
- 5 tsp. (25 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Trim the mushrooms and clean them thoroughly, removing the soil and wiping them with a damp cloth. Slice them about 1/12 inch (2mm) thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant; do not burn it.
- Add the mushrooms and the parsley and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
