APPLE CIDER SHALLOT MARINADE

MAKES about 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 4 shallots, sliced
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp whole allspice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk together cider, vinegar, shallots, thyme, allspice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
