INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 4 shallots, sliced
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tsp whole allspice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk together cider, vinegar, shallots, thyme, allspice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
