PREP TIME: 5 minutes
YIELD: 2 cups (2 tablespoons per serving)
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese, plus extra if desired for a chunky texture
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup beef bone broth, homemade or store-bought
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or coconut vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- 1 clove garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the dressing to a jar.
- Stir in extra chunks of blue cheese, if desired, to achieve a chunky texture.
- Store the dressing in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
