Good on chicken, beef, fish-just about anything.
YIELD: Just over 3/4 cup
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons Splenda
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all the ingredients, and refrigerate until ready to use.
PER SERVING:
- Each 1-tablespoon serving will have about 3 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein.
