INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 2 tbsp smoked or sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together chili powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  2. To use, see Using Rubs, opposite.
  3. (Make-ahead: Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.)
