Zesty Lemon Frozen Yogurt

Did you know that lemons weren’t originally grown for eating? It’s true. They were seen as ornamental plants, used for decoration

INGREDIENTS: YIELD: 1 QUART

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the mixture to an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
