  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

 

PREPARATION:

  1. In a large slow cooker, combine all the ingredients: uncooked rice, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, water, Salt-Free Mexican Seasoning, chicken breasts, chopped onions, chopped green bell pepper, diced green chilies, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 4½ hours, or until the rice is tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
