YIELD: Just over 3/4 cup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all the ingredients, and refrigerate until ready to use.

 

PER SERVING:

  • Each 1-tablespoon serving will have about 3 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein.
