INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup 2% plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp each sweet paprika, salt, and cracked black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, paprika, salt, and pepper.
