INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup 2% plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp each sweet paprika, salt, and cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, paprika, salt, and pepper.
