INGREDIENTS:
• 3 to 4 pounds country-style ribs
• 1 (20-oz.) can undrained pineapple chunks
• 2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
• 1/2 cup thickly sliced green pepper
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 garlic clove, minced
PREPARATION:
- Place ribs in slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine pineapple, tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic.
- Pour mixture over the country-style ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until ribs are cooked through and tender.
- Serves 6 to 8.
