INGREDIENTS:
- 9 oz. (250 g) strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 3/4 cup plus 3 tbsp. (185 g) sugar
- 1/4 lemon, quartered squeeze the juice from 1 quarter of the lemon.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine the strawberries with the water and sugar in a blender and puree.
- Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 3 hours.
- Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
