  • Large clam or scallop shells

  1. Prepare the Clams:
    • Finely chop 25 clams and season them with red pepper and salt to taste.
  2. Create the Creamy Sauce:
    • In a saucepan, blend together 1 tablespoon of Crisco and 1 tablespoon of flour.
    • Add 1 cup of liquid, which is a mixture of half milk and half clam juice, to the saucepan.
