PREP TIME: 5 minutes, plus 2 hours to chill
YIELD: 1½ cups (2 tablespoons per serving)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (or dairy-free cream cheese-style spread), softened (Kite Hill brand if dairy-free)
- 1/2 cup chicken or beef bone broth, homemade or store-bought
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients.
- Blend or process until smooth and well combined.
- Cover the dressing and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow it to thicken.
- Store the dressing in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
