- 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk together wine, oil, herbes de Provence, vinegar, garlic, shallot, salt, and pepper.
