INGREDIENTS:
- Salt or Vege-Sal
- Pepper
- 1 pork chop, 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard or Dijon mustard
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Season both sides of the pork chop with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat, and sauté the pork chop until browned on both sides and cooked through. Transfer the pork chop to a serving platter and keep warm.
- Add dry white wine to the skillet, scraping the brown bits off the pan. Stir in heavy cream and spicy brown or Dijon mustard, and cook for a minute or two. Pour the sauce over the pork chop and serve.

- 2 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and about 20 grams of protein.
