YIELD: Makes 36 squares

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Splenda
  • 1 cup whole milk powder
  • 1 cup natural whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Splenda, milk powder, and protein powder.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the butter, cream, and water. Stir this into the dry ingredients. Stir in the melted chocolate until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Freeze for approximately 30 minutes, then refrigerate. Cut into squares and serve.

 

PER SERVING:

  • 3 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 3 grams of protein.
