  • 6 Chicken Breasts

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce (or Salsa)
  • 1 tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Dill
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 6 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients: water, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, liquid smoke, salt, and tequila.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, allowing the flavors to penetrate the meat.
  • Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  • After marinating, remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard the excess liquid.
