YIELD: 16 popsicles
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (14 ounces) unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup Splenda
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium banana (sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon banana or vanilla extract.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
PER SERVING:
- Each with 5 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 4 grams of usable carbs and 1 gram of protein.
