  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

 

PREPARATIONS:

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips and butter in the microwave; stir until smooth. Cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add the beaten egg, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the cooled chocolate mixture; stir into the dry ingredients until moistened (batter will be thick).
