INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • ½ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk together parsley, oil, vinegar, 2 tbsp water, onion, garlic, jalapeño pepper and salt.
