- 7 oz (200g) white seedless grapes

- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt, beaten
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1 oz (25g) crystallized ginger, finely chopped

- Coarsely chop three quarters of the melon flesh into bite-size chunks. Finely chop the remaining melon and set it aside. Grate the fresh ginger and squeeze out any juice over the melon chunks. Discard the leftover ginger.
