INGREDIENTS:
- 6 oz shrimp, precooked
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 can (11 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
- 6 scallions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a frying pan, sauté the shrimp over medium heat with butter and red pepper flakes for 5-10 minutes. Chop the artichoke hearts.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Serve hot.
