Baked Creamy Shrimps with Artichoke Hearts

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 oz shrimp, precooked
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can (11 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 6 scallions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a frying pan, sauté the shrimp over medium heat with butter and red pepper flakes for 5-10 minutes. Chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  5. Serve hot.
