Chicken Waldorf Salad

YIELD: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 2 big ribs celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

 

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and serve.

 

PER SERVING:

  • 9 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of fiber, for a total of 6 grams of usable carbs and 40 grams of protein.
