MAKES about ¹∕³ cup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¾ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Stir together thyme, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cinnamon, coriander, ginger, cayenne pepper, allspice and nutmeg.

  3. (Make-ahead: Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.)
