INGREDIENTS:
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 Tbs. light brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Arrange the bacon slices on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Drizzle both sides of the bacon with the maple syrup.
- Sprinkle both sides of the bacon evenly with the brown sugar.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until the bacon is browned and crisp.
- Keep the bacon warm while the eggs bake.
