INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, or about 1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 2 cans potatoes, drained and cubed
PREPARATION
- Brown ground beef with onions until no longer pink and onion is tender; drain and mix with barbecue sauce.
- Combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours.
- Serves 4 to 6
