INGREDIENTS:
- 6 eggs
- 2 green onions
- 6 oz smoked turkey breast, chopped
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp Blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp hot mustard
- 1/2 rib celery
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a covered pot of boiling water for 12 minutes.
- While the eggs are boiling, chop up the smoked turkey breast and celery.
- Once the eggs are boiled, slice them in half lengthwise and scrape the yolks out into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the green onions) to the bowl.
- Grate the green onions over the mixture and mix all the ingredients together.
- Using a teaspoon, fill each egg half with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed eggs on a serving plate and refrigerate for one hour to chill. They are now ready to be served and enjoyed!
