Blue Cheese Turkey Dressed Eggs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 green onions
  • 6 oz smoked turkey breast, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp Blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp hot mustard
  • 1/2 rib celery

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a covered pot of boiling water for 12 minutes.
  2. While the eggs are boiling, chop up the smoked turkey breast and celery.
  3. Once the eggs are boiled, slice them in half lengthwise and scrape the yolks out into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the green onions) to the bowl.
  4. Grate the green onions over the mixture and mix all the ingredients together.
  5. Using a teaspoon, fill each egg half with the mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed eggs on a serving plate and refrigerate for one hour to chill. They are now ready to be served and enjoyed!
