  • 75g Raisins
  • 75g Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put the flour, sugar, eggs, and margarine in the blender just outside the refrigerator.
  2. Mix everything until you achieve a compact and flexible mixture. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 150°C (300°F) for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread 2/3 of the dough over the previously floured and floured pie dish, making sure the edges adhere well. The thickness should be around 3-4 mm, and the edges should extend at least 2 cm.
  5. Layer the bottom with breadcrumbs, apple slices, sugar, raisins, and cinnamon.
  6. Cover everything with the remaining dough, creating holes in the top to allow steam to escape.
