INGREDIENTS:
- 8 strips cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tsp bacon fat
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Splenda (or sweetener of choice), to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a microwave-safe dish, combine the crumbled bacon, cream cheese, butter, bacon fat, coconut oil, and Splenda.
- Melt the mixture slowly in the microwave until smooth, stirring occasionally to ensure even melting.
- Set aside some crumbled bacon for garnishing later.
- Pour the mixture into a dish or pan, spreading it evenly.
- Place the dish or pan in the freezer and let it firm up for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, remove the dish from the freezer and sprinkle the top with the reserved crumbled bacon.
- Slice the frozen mixture into desired portions and serve.
