INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 bacon slices
  • 6 toasted pecan halves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Granulated garlic (to taste)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Divide the bacon into 3 equal parts.
  2. Spread a generous amount of unsalted butter on each bacon part. Press the buttered side into the chopped pecan pieces.
  3. Top each bacon slice with mayonnaise and sprinkle with granulated garlic.
  4. Roll up each bacon slice tightly.
  5. Enjoy these flavorful and crunchy bacon rolls!
