INGREDIENTS:
- 6 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 6 slices smoked turkey bacon
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
- Pinch of cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1 tsp garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and cooking for about 12 minutes. Once cooked, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
- Scrape the yolks out of the boiled eggs into the mixing bowl with the mashed avocado. Add in the crumbled smoked turkey bacon, mustard, minced garlic, lime juice, dried onion flakes, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt. Mix everything well until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each egg half with the avocado mixture, using a spoon or piping bag for a neater presentation.
- Refrigerate the stuffed eggs for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the stuffed eggs chilled and enjoy!
