PREP TIME: 5 minutes, plus 2 hours to chill
YIELD: 2 cups (2 tablespoons per serving)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (or dairy-free cream cheese-style spread), softened (Kite Hill brand if dairy-free)
- 3/4 cup chicken or beef bone broth, homemade or store-bought (or more if needed)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves and stems
- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- Puree the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
