INGREDIENTS:
- 5 cups watermelon
- 2 cups feta cheese or halloumi
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- Rosewater in a spritzer
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes or triangles and keep them cool and covered in the fridge.
- Cut the feta cheese or halloumi into a similar shape as the watermelon and set it aside.
- When you’re ready to serve, place a few pieces of watermelon on a plate.
- Add a few pieces of cheese on top of the watermelon.
- Scatter a few fresh mint leaves over the salad.
- Keep a spritzer filled with rosewater ready. Give a light mist of rosewater over the salad.
- Serve the watermelon and cheese salad immediately.
