YIELD: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag (1 pound) frozen, unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 or 3 tablespoons Splenda
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Simply pour your strawberries and any liquid in the package into a bowl, and stir in the lemon juice and Splenda.
- Mash your strawberries a little with a fork, if you’d like; I like mine fairly chunky.
PER SERVING:
- Each with 6 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber, for a total of 5 grams of usable carbs and only a trace of protein.
