Easy Tomato-Beef Soup

YIELD: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 to 11/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) beef broth
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Pour off the grease, and add the broth and tomatoes.
  2. Heat through , and serve.

 

PER SERVING:

  • 9 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 19 grams of protein.
