YIELD: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 to 11/2 pound ground beef
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) beef broth
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Pour off the grease, and add the broth and tomatoes.
- Heat through , and serve.
PER SERVING:
- 9 grams of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 19 grams of protein.
